The non-profit Township Community Arts Council nurtures and creates opportunities to enjoy and participate in a wide range of artistic and cultural events, projects and activities within Esquimalt. Gallery Splash! in Esquimalt Town Square is an exhibit space showcasing member artists. Memorial Park Music Fest is a series of free public concerts during July and August. Township Classics is a series of ticketed classical music performance, with proceeds funding the Youth Mentorship Program. The TCAC partners with other organizations, such as the Vancouver Island Sculptors Guild, and the Greater Victoria Shakespeare Festival, to bring quality arts programming to Esquimalt.
