Dr Carly Youlton has been in practise for 15 years. As a resident of Esquimalt, she moved her practise, Refined Health, into the community in 2017. She graduated cum laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2010; a recipient of Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities recognition; and holds an Honours degree in Human Biology. Dr. Youlton utilizes traditional hands-on adjusting techniques to treat her patients. She applies Active Release Technique to muscle restrictions, and includes rehabilitative exercise with her care, as well as other specialized chiropractic treatment techniques to ensure her patients are receiving the best care possible. As a former competitive and national athlete in track and field, volleyball, and gymnastics, Carly adopts a functional approach to health by emphasizing the importance of muscles and joints working in synergy for complete musculoskeletal health. She enjoys working with individuals who have an interest in promoting and maintaining the overall health of their bodies.
